Objectively, there’s nothing quite like a first home. Thoughts of new lifestyles, responsibilities and beginnings are all likely to find their way into the fresh homeowner’s mind. And come to think about it, those thoughts couldn’t be closer to ours when it came to 1515. This was the beginning of it all. So much so that the name “Lucky Charm Homes” hadn’t crossed our minds yet. It was simply a passion project that opened the floodgates to a business and kickstarted our relationship with Mr. Garcia and his team.   

In hindsight, if there was one phrase that lent itself to this project it would be that luck is simply when preparation meets opportunity.
