Our operation was officially founded in 2020 by a mother (Gina) / daughter (Peyton) duo who came to realize their devotion to craftsmanship and design by way of a personal home build. Gina is a serial home remodeler and has renovated homes across the US and overseas since 1990. When she set out to assist Peyton in managing a personal home project, the two came to discover both an untapped mutual passion and a strong professional chemistry.

Since then, our team has expanded and been determined to seek out locations and neighborhoods that are rich in opportunities outside of the home. As a team, we are hopeful to consistently provide convenient access to grocery stores, parks, restaurants, schools, outdoor spaces. We strive to complement these environments with meaningful interior form and craftsmanship.

Our goal is to produce timeless, top-notch design and create spaces that enrich the lives of each occupant. The motivation being that one day, if it’s time to move on somewhere else, they can look back on their time spent in a Lucky Charm Home with nothing but nostalgia and stories for the roads ahead.
